How do payments work?

We offer secure payment methods, you will see all the available options at checkout.

How far does the delivery go?

Our free delivery service covers locations within 20 miles of our address in Morganton, North Carolina, with a pickup time no later than 9:00 PM. For pickups after 9:00 PM, additional fees may apply. If you're unsure if your event address qualifies for free delivery, provide us with your address, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Do you offer set-up services for the rented items?

Yes, we provide setup services for the rented items. Our team will handle the setup to ensure everything is arranged beautifully for your event.

What are the pick-u fees after 9 PM?

​Any pickups past 9PM are subject to a late night pickup fee, which can befound below.

  • 9:30PM charge of $50

  • 10PM charge of $100

  • 10:30pm charge of $150

  • 11PM charge of $200

  • 1130pm charge of $250

  • 12AM charge of $300

However, we will work with your venue for next-day pickups to avoid these fees whenever possible. This will depend on the venue's approval, the arch's availability the next morning, and our scheduling constraints.

Can I see an arch in person before renting?

We do not offer in-person appointments to view our products due to their size and transportation constraints. However, we provide high-quality photos and videos to give you a clear idea of what the product looks like before renting. We also hold open houses at various venues. Please subscribe to our newsletter or email us for upcoming open house dates.

Can I request a different floral arrangement for my arch?

Currently, we do not offer custom floral arrangements. However, we are working on expanding our selection with a variety of arrangements for you to choose from. You can add colored flowers to the existing arch arrangements to customize them, but we cannot remove flowers

Can I request a rental item longer than period specified?

We understand that some events may require an extended rental period. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What does one set-up/location mean?

The price you pay covers the setup of the rental item at one location. If you require the item to be moved from the ceremony to the reception or elsewhere, additional fees will apply.
