Refund policy 

By renting our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payments: We offer two payment options: full upfront payment or Shop Pay, which allows you to split the payment into four installments. Retainers: All orders require a retainer of at least 25% of the total balance. The retainer is deducted from the final price of the wedding/event. Disclaimer: Please note that some of our floral arrangements may contain artificial flowers that resemble real ones. By renting our floral arrangements, you understand and acknowledge this distinction.

Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the wedding/event. Failure to make the payment will result in the cancellation of the contract, unless otherwise determined by RoseMarried rentals . In case of late payment, additional fees may apply. Additions and Substitutions: Additions to your order are accepted up to 7 days prior to the wedding/event and must be paid within 24 hours. Availability of specific flowers cannot be guaranteed, and pricing will be determined based on availability. We will strive to match the color and style as closely as possible.

Substitutions: Rosemarried Rentals reserves the right to make substitutions in case the received flowers or decor do not meet the required quality standards. The overall look and color scheme will be maintained, and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Please note that dyed flowers may be used, and we will not be held liable for any staining caused by their usage.

Terms of Modification: Adjustments to the invoice can be made until the balance is paid in full. However, a minimum payment of 85% of the original proposal is guaranteed. Rosemarried Rentals' liability is limited to the refund of monies paid, minus the retainer fee.

Price and Delivery: Prices are applicable for one setup/location only. Additional fees may apply if the rental item needs to be moved from the ceremony to the reception or elsewhere. Please ensure that our rentals fit in the desired space by checking with your venue. All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pick-up time no later than 9:00 PM and delivery within 20 miles of our warehouse. Pickups after 9:00 PM will incur an additional fee. For deliveries beyond 20 miles, the cost will be determined based on location and additional setup requirements.

Product Handling and Damage: Our rentals cannot be left outside overnight, including altars, arches, backdrops, and floral arrangements. Unauthorized transportation, takedown, or movement of our products is strictly prohibited. Any damage beyond normal wear will be charged to your card at a rate of 2 times the rental price. Failure to return items within the agreed rental period will result in a charge of 4 times the rental cost, allowing you to keep the item. Venue and Location Limitations: rosemarried Rentals operates within the guidelines and rules set by the venue and site management. It is the customer's responsibility to negotiate with officials for any modifications. rosemarried Rentals will offer technical recommendations, but no reimbursements will be made for unused items due to venue limitations. Cancellations: We require a 90-day cancellation notice. Retainers cannot be partially refunded unless a cancellation is made due to a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of the event. Retainers will be refunded excluding payment processing fees, time spent in communication, proposal formation, event preparations, and associated banking fees. Contract Cancellation: rosemarried Rentals reserves the right to cancel the contract if it becomes unfeasible to fulfill the obligations. In such cases, the amount paid will be credited, excluding any actual costs incurred up to that point.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this contract shall be settled through
